Half a mile from Condat (pop. 1,000) on the Vézère river, la Redonde Haute is an old farmhouse built of stone that has been recently restored.  Encircled by a pretty trout stream called Le Coly and by four hectares of open fields and woods, the property enjoys a calm, pleasant environment.
   The whole of the farm is designed to ensure the privacy and serenity for all.  It comprises two guest houses, the owner’s house and an indoor heated swimming pool. La Grange is an 100 m² bungalow.

Ground floor: Main room with dining area, lounge area with stone fireplace, kitchenette. 4 bedrooms with individual bathrooms: 2 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds. There also is a cot in one bedroom. 2 separate toilets.
Outside: Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (firewood is provided). Shared covered swimming pool 5m x 12m housed within a stone building of 200m².   Geothermically heated, the water is maintained at 26/27°C from April to October. 0.80 to 1.60 meters deep. Child safety is ensured by  restricted access to the swimming pool, which is enclosed by windows and glass doors. Sunpads and umbrellas, table tennis.
