Situated on the border of Périgord Pourpre and Périgord Noir between Bergerac and Périgueux, our 3 gites are part of a group of 18th century buildings on the edge of the forests of Monclar and Liorac.
   Set in the midst of well preserved grounds of 5 acres of truffle-growing woodland offering pleasant walks, the houses combine traditional architecture, Perigordian charm and modern facilities.

Ground floor:
Large living room with TV and fireplace (firewood suppsied). Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer, usual and micro-waves ovens. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 bedroom with double bed, separated from the living room by curtains.
Outside:
Private garden, with barbecue and garden furniture in tree-shaded grounds surrounded by woods and truffle grounds in which you are free to walk.
