The La Besse house is situated just 14 km from Montignac-Lascaux, 6 km from Les Eyzies, and 22 km from the beautiful mediaeval town of Sarlat. Truly a charming house, with an unforgettable view, where one can easily relax, be happy, and explore Perigord Noir at one's leisure.
   It is a charming and comfortable house. It has a pretty roofed porch, ideal for eating outside and a patio for sunbathing. There is a splendid view of the surrounding hills. The house is independant and situated on a big plot of land (1 acre).

Ground floor:
It consists of a spacious living room , with comfortable chairs, sofa, TV, CD player, radio cassette player, and big glass doors to the garden. The open kitchen has modern facilities and a dining table for 6/8 people.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 m) and 2 with twin beds. 2 bathrooms, one with a washing machine.
