   Discover the secrets of family cooking with a young farming couple, Sandrine and Eric Mianes, in a large, warm and well lit room on the ground floor of their farmhouse. Out on the farm during the day, and in the kitchen during meals, they take genuine pleasure in introducing their guests to the delights of country food.

- Duck conserve with cèpes and foie gras
